For every vote cast by our customers at our AGM we donate £2 to a great cause that’s working to make a difference in our region.
In 2026, 5898 customers voted raising just under £12,000 for Calderwood House which The Cumberland topped up, bringing the total donation to £15,000. That money, the charity says, will be used to cover the cost of an outreach service, after it lost its local authority-funding for the post last year.
