What do I do if I've lost my debit card?

Lost / stolen cards & other items

Contact us as soon as possible if you lose your debit card, mobile phone, cheque book or passbook by chatting with our Customer Care team online. Click the webchat button on the right of the page to get started.

If you are contacting us outside our normal opening hours, you can leave a message and we'll get back to you..

Your liability for any fraudulent transactions will cease at that point, unless you are deemed to have acted negligently in any way or breached our terms and conditions relating to the security of your card and/or PIN.
