What do I do if I've lost my debit card?

Lost / stolen cards & other items

Contact us as soon as possible if you lose your debit card, mobile phone, cheque book or passbook by calling our Customer Care team on (01228) 403 141.

If you are contacting us outside our normal opening hours, you can leave a message and we'll get back to you..

Your liability for any fraudulent transactions will cease at that point, unless you are deemed to have acted negligently in any way or breached our terms and conditions relating to the security of your card and/or PIN.
