What should I do if I lose my mobile device?

Lost or stolen mobile devices

If you lose your mobile device please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible on 01228 403 141.

If you are calling outside our normal opening hours, it is important that you leave a message on the automated service.

Your liability for any fraudulent transactions will cease at that point, unless you are deemed to have acted negligently in any way or breached our terms and conditions relating to the security of your mobile device.
