What should I do if I lose my mobile device?

Lost or stolen mobile devices

If you lose your mobile device please contact us as soon as possible. You can call our Customer Care team on (01228) 403 141 and they will be able to help you.

If you are contacting us outside our normal opening hours, you can leave a message and we'll get back to you.

Your liability for any fraudulent transactions will cease at that point, unless you are deemed to have acted negligently in any way or breached our terms and conditions relating to the security of your mobile device.
