InterviewsIf you’re successfully shortlisted you will be invited for an initial competency-based interview with one of our People Managers. Depending on the role, your interview process may also include role-related tasks or an aptitude test, a second interview and/ or may be part of one of our Assessment Centres.
Getting to know each other Cultural fit is just as important to us as technical competence and assessing against our core values plays a major role in our recruitment process. The Legal Bits and Your OfferWe’re a regulated business, so we‘ll need to do some pre-employment checks with you before you join. If you are successful, we’ll make you a conditional offer of employment subject to our clearance checks. These will include checking your references, your highest qualification, right to work in the UK, credit history and a medical questionnaire. For some of our roles, we’ll need to undertake extra checks but we’ll let you know what’s required and we’ll always ask you before we do them.
Welcoming you on boardOnce your start date has been agreed, you will be given access to our on-boarding portal and your People Manager will be in touch with all the information you need for your first day. We’ll look forward to welcoming you on board.
