Due to circumstances outside of our control, we have temporarily reduced our Customer Care Team opening hours. Our telephone team will close at 7pm instead of 8pm on weekdays and will not be available on Sundays.

We are working hard to restore this service but we anticipate this arrangement will be in place until at least the end of October. We sincerely apologise to customers impacted by this issue and thank you for your patience.

Our Fraud and Lost Card phone services are unaffected, and our branches and ATMs remain open as normal.
