What do I do if my access to the Mobile Banking app has been suspended?

Account Suspended

If your access to the Mobile Banking app has been suspended as a result of entering the wrong Passcode, you can use the 'Forgotten Passcode' function to reset your account. Simply select 'Forgotten your Passcode' from the logon screen and follow the instructions.

You'll need to know your Access Code which you use for Internet Banking and to setup the app. If you can't remember this, please call our Customer Care team on 01228 403 141 and they can help you.
