It has been named on shortlists for the 2023 Moneyfacts Awards in three categories: Best Fixed Rate Mortgage Provider; Best Remortgage Provider and Best Building Society Mortgage Provider.
The recognition has delighted colleagues at The Cumberland, which has branches across Cumbria, south west Scotland and into Lancashire. Among those welcoming the news is Gavin Lowes, a mortgage and protection advisor with The Cumberland, who is based at its Fisher Street branch in Carlisle.

The results of the Moneyfacts Awards will be revealed at a glittering ceremony in London in July.
