Do we try to collect an unpaid Direct debit again?

No. We’ll only try to collect your direct debit for your mortgage payment on the last working day of the month, when it is due. If this isn’t paid by your bank, we’ll send you a letter and try to call you to discuss your situation. Click here to contact the Arrears Management Team.
