Payment processing times
Our payment processing times over Easter will be affected due to the bank holidays. If you are planning to make any payments on these days, please be aware of the following:
- Any faster payments made after 5pm on Thursday 2 April will be sent on Saturday 4 April.
- Any faster payments made after 4pm on Saturday 4 April will be sent on Tuesday 7 April.
- Any CHAPS & Overseas requests received after the usual cut off times on Thursday 2 April will be sent on Tuesday 7 April.
