At The Cumberland, we strive to create a banking experience that’s kinder to people and we pride ourselves on approaching things in a human way.
Our purpose is to deliver ‘kinder banking’ which for us includes a commitment to the high street, our ‘real people’ approach, and by upholding our commitments to people, planet and community.
To continue with this, we’re asking for your help. We’ve created a survey to gain insight from both our existing customers and those considering us.
The survey will help us gather up-to-date information about:
- Your financial needs
- What products and services are important to you
- How we can better support you and our communities
As a mutual we’re owned by our customers and understanding your needs is important as we consider our longer-term priorities.
The survey is completely anonymous and should only take around 5-10 minutes to complete. Please note, we do ask some general grouping questions at the start, but you can select ‘prefer not to say’ or simply skip a question if you don’t feel comfortable answering these.
