Payment processing times

Our payment processing times over Christmas and New Year will be affected due to earlier closure times and the bank holidays. If you are planning to make any payments on these days, please be aware of the following:

Christmas - Faster Payments made on or after 5pm on Wednesday 24 December will be sent on Saturday 27 December.

New Year - There will be no change to our usual payment processing times on New Years Eve. Payments will not be processed on Thursday 1 January, due to the bank holiday, with normal processing resuming on Friday 2 January.
