Customer feedback wins two awards

Thanks to feedback from our customers we've won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award, which recognises businesses that deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our estate agency also collected the award.

Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights. Those that meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected, and their average rating, receive the award.

We received 963 reviews during 2018, with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5.0. Our estate agency collected 315 reviews with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5.0.

What’s particularly rewarding though is that this award is based entirely on real customer feedback, not a voting panel.
