Our bank account customers are the happiest in the UK according to research undertaken by Fairer Finance.
The top spot was awarded by Fairer Finance, a consumer group that focuses on the banking industry.
Their independent survey of over 23,000 bank and building society customers across the UK found out what people think of their financial provider, how well they handle complaints and how transparent they are.
We topped the table for bank accounts, ahead of the likes of First Direct and also ranked number one for customer happiness.
Alex Windle, General Manager at the Society, said, “We’re extremely proud of the service we provide so it’s great to know our customers rate us so highly. The research clearly shows that big doesn’t always mean best, so if the service you’re receiving from your bank is poor, switch to somewhere that makes you happy!”
