Selling your property

Asking Price

We do our homework. Our valuation will be a realistic appraisal of your property’s value based on recent sales of comparable properties in your area, not just an estimate. Before we put your property on the market we will agree the asking price with you based on how quickly you want to sell.

Sale Negotiations

We will skillfully undertake your sale negotiations and ensure that we obtain the best possible selling price for your property. You can be assured that, when you accept an offer, we have done everything we can to make sure your buyer can complete the purchase in an acceptable timescale.

Regular Updates

We will keep you informed of progress regularly by phone, email or text message.

Viewing Security

If your property is vacant, we will conduct the viewings for you. We will not release your keys or leave prospective buyers unattended and your personal details will not be given out unless we have your consent to do so.

Offer Qualification

When we receive an offer we will establish how the buyer is planning to pay for your property and confirm whether they need to sell a property before they proceed with the purchase.

Post-Sale Monitoring
