Potential costs during the course of a tenancy

Listed below are a range of fees a landlord may incur when letting their property. Fees charged will be dependant on a landlord’s circumstances and the service required.

All fees listed in this document include VAT, where applicable, at the prevailing rate (currently 20%)

Deposit - one off fee to cover:
  • Register Deposit with TDS Register the deposit at start of tenancy
  • Re-register the deposit on renewal
  • Release the deposit at the end of the tenancy
