Brampton branch: Our Brampton branch has reopened today, following a refurbishment. Please note that the branch is busy, and are we are maintaining social distancing measures. There might be a short wait to get into the branch, so please bear with us.

Friday 27 March

Webchat service: Our webchat team can now help you with a wide range of enquiries, including mortgage payment holiday requests, account balances, changing regular payments, replacing your card or PIN, and other general queries.

Thursday 26 March

Opening hours: We have made a slight change to our Saturday opening hours in branches, temporarily. Our Saturday hours will be 9am - 12noon, from March 28th.

Brampton branch: The reopening of our refurbished Brampton branch has been delayed until Monday 30 March.

Additional social distancing: Please only visit a branch if it is absolutely necessary. If you do need to visit, please respect the 2 metre distancing requirements in place. Please note, in busy periods this may mean we need to limit the number of customers that enter the branch.
