Android 12 - the next version of the Android mobile operating software - is due for release in early October. This is a major update from Google and features design and performance improvements.
If you own a Google Pixel device, you may experience difficulties using our Mobile Banking app for a short period after you update to Android 12.
We will be releasing an update to our app at the end of October to fix any compatibility issues. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If our app doesn’t work on your device, you can still use Internet Banking to manage your accounts. You can do this on your computer, mobile or tablet device, using the browser. Unfortunately, the app will not work until we have released the update.

Google Pixel devices are the first to receive the Android updates. Other manufacturers will update the software on their respective devices in the coming months. We will monitor each update accordingly.
