You:

  • can add the arrangement fee to your mortgage. This must be paid initially on application and if you choose to add this to your mortgage, it will be refunded upon completion of the mortgage.
  • can repay lump sums without any early-repayment charge (up to £5,000 each financial year)
  • will have an early repayment charge of 3% of the amount repaid if you repay all or part of your mortgage before 2 April 2014 (excluding the above limit of £5,000 each financial year).
  • will not be charged for legal work if you use a Society nominated solicitor (standard cases only).
  • will not be charged for the valuation of your property.

Fixed rate mortgages are limited issue products and may be withdrawn at any time. The maximum loan size is £500,000. For loans in excess of £500,000, please contact the Society for further details.
