Your interest rate tracks the Bank of England's base rate or the Society's product floor rate* plus the agreed percentage for the first 6 years, followed by the Society's standard variable mortgage rate (SVR) until the end of the mortgage.

There is no arrangement fee on this product. The maximum LTV for this product is 60% for customers who live outside our branch operating area.

You:

  • will receive a cashback of 4% of the loan amount
  • will receive a refund of basic mortgage valuation (up to £260)
  • will receive a £250 contribution towards your legal fees
  • can repay lump sums without any early-repayment charge (up to £1,200 each financial year)
  • will have to pay an early-repayment charge if you repay all or part of your mortgage within the first 6 years
  • will pay interest calculated daily
  • will not be obliged to arrange insurances with the Society

*If the Bank of England base rate is 0.50% or less during the tracker period, the rate you pay will track a rate of 0.50% until the base rate rises back above this.
