Born in 1963, Nick joined Cumberland Estate Agents in 1992 as the Manager of the Society’s first Estate Agency branch when it opened in Carlisle. He was appointed Managing Director in 1995. Nick graduated from Heriot Watt University with an honours degree in Estate Management and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years professional experience in Cumbria.

Nick is married with 2 children and lives near Brampton.

Born in 1959, John joined the Society as Operations Director in 1997 and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive in 2002.  He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Master of Business Administration.  Prior to joining the Cumberland, John had 19 years experience with other building societies in a wide variety of jobs.  He is currently responsible for Sales, Marketing, Cumberland Estate Agents and Cumberland Financial Services Limited.

John is married with 3 children and lives near Penrith.

Born in 1961, Peter went to school in Brampton, joined the Society straight from University in 1982 and has undertaken a wide range of roles leading up to his current position of Operations Director. He is responsible for the Society's Personnel and Training, Savings and Current Accounts, Mortgages and Valuations.

Peter is married with 2 children and lives in Carlisle.
