Staff within the Cumberland are continually given the opportunity to develop new skills and further their financial services career with the Cumberland. This was recently reflected in the Society winning a national award for its commitment to training and developing staff.
This structured training system, called Train Track, allows staff members to complete modules to take them from being a new starter to being a manager!

At the Cumberland, we like to encourage and support our staff to do exams to increase their knowledge and understanding, and give them an opportunity to develop and progress. The exams are a recognised qualification throughout the Financial Services Industry and there are many levels you can study.
