Condtions:
I understand that to qualify for the £100, the person I recommend must:
- provide my name and address to the Cumberland when they enquire about selling their property
- not have already engaged Cumberland Estate Agents to sell their property
- not work for the Cumberland Estate Agents or Building Society
I also understand that:
- Cumberland Estate Agents reserves the right to decline an instruction to sell any property and that Cumberland Estate Agents only sell fully residential properties
- only one payment will be made for each recommended customer for whom Cumberland Estate Agents successfully achieves a property sale - if someone is recommended by more than one customer, the £100 payment will be made to the customer who Cumberland Estate Agents believe made the first recommendation
- Cumberland Estate Agents reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time and without notice
- the £100 payment will only be made once Cumberland Estate Agents receive full payment of the agreed selling fee for the property
